Airline & Cruise Crewing

Syfy partners with airlines, cruise lines and crewing agencies to deliver on-time, professional ground transport for pilots, cabin crew, marine officers and hospitality staff. We understand crew movements are time-critical, high volume and demand absolute reliability — one late vehicle can delay an entire turnaround.

Our crewing operation is purpose-built for aviation and maritime clients: dedicated account managers, custom booking portals, consolidated invoicing, driver ID verification, uniform standards and full compliance with airport and port access protocols. Every chauffeur assigned to crew work is vetted, security-cleared and trained in confidentiality and passenger duty-of-care.

We monitor every flight arrival and vessel berthing in real time and adjust pickups automatically, so crew never wait on the kerb after a long shift. Vehicles match crew group size — sedans for individuals, executive people movers for full cabin crews, and coaches for combined crew and baggage transfers.

From single pickups to fully managed multi-city crew rotation programmes, Syfy gives operators a single across New York partner with one contract, one invoice and one point of accountability.
