JFK Airport Pickup Tips: Terminals, Timing and Meeting Your Chauffeur
Published October 24, 2026 · Syfy Limousine
At JFK, tell your chauffeur your airline and terminal, share your flight number, and expect international arrivals to take longer to reach the curb because of immigration and customs.
Share your flight details
Your flight number lets your chauffeur monitor arrival time automatically. Add your mobile number so your driver can reach you.
Allow for customs
International arrivals may take an hour or more to clear immigration and collect bags. Your chauffeur will time the pickup to when you are actually through.
Plan your destination
Traffic between JFK and Manhattan or Long Island varies by hour. A chauffeur plans the route and tells you what to expect.
